Sicily by Bus
There is an extensive bus network in Sicily covering most of the island and the buses are quicker than trains, although not as cheap. There are a number of different bus operators in the various areas. Many rural services are linked to school times, meaning early starts and no service after mid-afternoon. Making connections will take careful planning.
Useful information can be found on the Bus Center website.
